仕事がはかどらない・・・

仕事の進みが遅い・・・

そういう時の原因の大部分は、仕事に対するモチベーションが占めていると思います。

けれども、今の仕事に対してモチベーションなんてねーよ！という方もいるかと思います。

金の為だけに仕事をしている人にそういう傾向は大きいでしょう。

そんな人でも以下の5つのポイントを見直せば、モチベーションとは関係なく仕事の進みが早くなります。

■泥棒が動く時間は夜よりも昼間のほうが多い？空き巣被害対処方法一覧

あなたは、もし今日家に帰ったら、泥棒に入られ盗難被害にあっていたらどうしますか？

・・・

正直、そんな事態に遭遇したら唖然とするしかないと思います。。

が、もしそういう事態に遭遇しても、対処方法が予め明確になっていると二次被害を防ぎ易いです。

そういう事態は起きないにこしたことはありませんが、万が一の時の備えて、僕自身の備忘録の為にも対処方法を記載します。

【チェック１】

・印鑑

・パスポート

・健康保険証

・預金通帳

・クレジットカード類

上記のものが盗まれていないかどうか確認します。

部屋が荒らされていると、慌てて何をどうしたら良いかわからなくなりがちです。

上記のほか「土地の権利書」や契約書関連も確認しましょう。

【チェック２】

・警察へ被害届を！

まずはじめにすることは、警察への被害届。

パスポートなど再発行の手続きなどで、「盗難届受理証明書（警察署で発行）」が必要な場合がありますので、焦って忘れてしまわないようにしましょう。

▼通帳・クレジットカード類

まずはコールセンターに連絡をしてください。

盗難があった日から３０日以内に金融機関に届け出をおこなうこと。

また、預金通帳からの不正出金は偽造・盗難カード預金者保護法の適用外ですので注意してください。

▼印鑑

印鑑登録をした市町村役場へ紛失の届け出を。

印鑑を紛失してしまっても、既に契約済みのものが無効になることはありません。

悪用されることが、一番問題ですので速やかに届け出ましょう。

そのあとは、新しく印鑑をつくり、改正届を提出しましょう。

▼運転免許証

免許更新センターや最寄りの警察署で再発行の申請の事務を扱っているか確認した上で、申請を行いましょう。

＜再発行の申請をするのに必要な物＞

・盗難届受理証明書（警察署で発行）

・免許用写真（縦3cm×横2.4cm、6ヶ月以内に撮影したもの）

・印鑑

▼健康保険証

健康保険組合または市の健康保健課に届け出を提出してください。

▼パスポート

都道府県のパスポート申請窓口に連絡を。

また、紛失の届出とともにパスポートの新規発給申請をしてください。

＜再発行の申請をするのに必要な物＞

・紛失一般旅券等届出書

・一般旅券発給申請書

・戸籍抄（謄）本／（個人（全部）事項証明書）

・住民票

・写真（2枚）

・申請者本人を確認する書類

各キャリアのHPに紛失時の対処方法が詳しく書かれています。

−泥棒が動く時間帯は、夜よりも昼間のほうが多い−

一連の対処方法を書きましたが、まぁ面倒ですよね。。

泥棒に入られないように、日頃から空き巣対策するのが一番ですね。

悲観的な人よりも、楽天的な人の方が、間違いなく人生を楽しんでいるし、幸せを感じていると思います。

自らの境遇をあるがままに受け入れ、くよくよせずに人生を楽観する人。楽天的な人。

そういう人を「楽天家」と言いますね。

−「笑う門には福来たる」という素晴らしい諺もあります−

けれども、そういう楽天家は少数派で、ほとんどの人は物事を悲観的に考えてしまうことが多いのではないかと思います。

マスメディアでは、8割以上が悲観的なニュースだという話しもありますから、その影響も大きいでしょうね。

そんな悲観的な人は、どうやったら楽天家になれるのでしょうか？

msn相談箱に、悩み知らずの極度の楽天家と名乗る人が、「楽天家になる6つのステップ」を書いていましたのでシェアします。

1. 行動する前によーーーーく考える。

そして何事も一生懸命やる。

失敗しても、「良く考えた結果なら仕方ない」「一生懸命やったんだから、仕方ない」と思えるから。

2. 失敗したら、クヨクヨするよりその失敗から学んだことを考える。

そうすれば失敗も自分の成長の一部だと気付きます。

そして、同じ失敗を繰り返さない努力をすること。

3. 自分にとって不利な感情は抑える努力をする。

悩んでも仕方ないなら、悩まない。

他の事を考えます。

4. 過去を想定しない。

「もし○○していたら…」と思うのは、かなり無意味です。

たとえば仕事に遅刻したとします。

「あと５分早く出ていたら…」と思うかもしれませんが、５分早く家を出ていたら事故にあっていたかもしれないし、実際どうなったかなんて誰にもわからないんです。

だから「○○していたら…」と悩むよりも、今の事態を受け止めてどう対処するか考えます。

5. 自分の力ではどうにもならないときは開き直る。

交通渋滞にはまったら、イライラしたり「あーーー遅れるっ」と思っても無駄です。

諦めて歌でも歌ってリラックスしましょう。

6. どうしても悩んでしまうときは、諦めてとことん悩む。

悩むこと自体を悩みにしてしまったら、悪循環です。

どうしても悩んでしまうときは、無理せずとことん悩みましょう。

私は滅多に悩みませんが、悩むときは人一倍悩みます。

これは、楽天家になるためにかなり参考になる話しではないかと思います。

ウルフカットしてから2回も風邪を引いたので、厄祓いにまたヘアカット！

■ウルフカットしてから2回も風邪を引いたので、厄祓いにまたヘアカット！

バッサリ髪を切りました！

−目が黄色くなっているのは、もちろん画像加工ですよ−

僕はいつも3ヶ月〜4ヶ月に1回のペースでヘアカットしていますが、今回は約2ヶ月でカットしました。

というのが、3月下旬に前回の髪型「ウルフヘア」にしてから、なんと2ヶ月間で2回も風邪を引いてしまったのです。

一年以上風邪を引いてなかったのに、ウルフヘアにした途端に2回も風邪を引くなんて・・・

これは「疫病髪」だと思い、バッサリ切って、スッキリ爽やかショートヘアにしました！（笑）

どれくらいバッサリ切ったのか？

「あっ！」という不思議な“ひらめき”を感じる体験のこと。

今まで分からなかったことが分かるようになったときの体験のことを言う。

あっ！なるほど！！そーゆーことだったのか！！！

という体験が、今の僕に起きています。

▼成長曲線はS字カーブを描く

人の成長曲線は、「S字カーブ」に近い現象が起きます。

時間と共に、じわじわじわ～っと、スキルUPします↑

そして、ある一定のところにくると・・・

「あっ！分かった！」

となり、成長の速度がグイグイ早まります↑↑

だから、望むような結果を出すためには、ある程度の時間が必要なのです。

これが分かってないと、目先の結果が出ないと直ぐに心が折れて、何でもかんでも止めてしまいます。

逆にこれが分かっていれば、いつか来る“ひらめき”に向けて、目先の結果に惑わされずに、あきらめず前進することができます。

アハ体験が起こるまで、忍耐強く1つの物事に取り組んでいきましょう！

【人生は一度きり】＿本を読まない人の心はクル病になっている。

前回のメルマガで、自分が叶えたい夢を“叶えた人”を一番発見しやすい場所は「本屋」だという話をしました。

今日は、本を読むことの重要性についてお伝えします。

僕が本を熱心に読むようになったのは、約10年前にとあるアメリカの大富豪の話に出会ってからでした。

ちょっと長いですが、その話をご紹介します・・・

▼私の知り合いで成功を手にしている人たちは皆、読書家である。

とにかく読んで、読んで、読みまくる。

彼らを読書に駆り立てるものは好奇心だ。

何でも知らなければ気がすまないのである。

常に自身を向上させるための新しい方法を探している。

「書に通ずる者はすべてに通ずる」とは覚えやすい言葉だ。

たとえ食事を抜いたとしても、読書は怠ってはならない。

食事を数回抜いたくらいで倒れる人はいないが、読書により素晴らしい考えや模範、感動を学び損なったらそれは全ての人にとって大きな損害である。

聖書は「人はパンのみに生きるにあらず」と説く。

つまり、人は食べ物の次に、心や魂を育む言葉を必要とするのである。

残念なことに、ほとんどの人は、心の栄養失調を患っているようだが。

▼本を読まない人の心はクル病になっている。

自分の心に栄養を補給すると共に、それがバランスのとれた栄養であるか確かめるようにしたいものだ。

心に補給する栄養は簡単なものですませてはいけない。

心はキャンディだけでは生きていけないのである。

読書の時間を、「アイディアの宝庫を探索する時間」と考えてみよう。

1日最低30分をアイディア探しに使えないという人がいたら、知識を獲得するのにいくらも払えないという人がいたら、どんな立派な言い訳があるか聞いてみたいものだ。

きっと、信じられない言い訳が出てくるはずだ。

▼お金を投資して、自身の教育に必要な本を入手しよう。

よりよい将来に関わる投資を惜しんではならない。

独学の習慣を身につけなさい。

平均的な教育は平均的な結果しか生まない。

平均的教育だけを受けた人たちの年収を見れば分かる。

それが君の希望かな？

もしそうではなく、平均以上のものを求めるなら、自分からいろいろなことを学んでいくようにしなければだめだよ。

▼何を読むかで自分の本質が決まる。

人の家を訪問した時、私が最初にするのは、その人の蔵書を見ることである。

どんな本があるかを見た方が、目的のない会話をするよりも、よほど多くのことが分かる。

ほとんどの場合、蔵書を見れば、蔵書がない場合は、ないという事実から、その人が何を考えているのか、もしくは如何に何も考えていないかが分かる。

どんな本を選択しているかで、その人の大体の考えや願望、価値観を知る事ができる。

▼読書はよりよい人生を願う者にとって不可欠な行為である。

過去10年間に週2冊の読書を実行してこなかった人は、実行してきた人に比べ既に1,000冊分の遅れをとっていることになる。

知識がないことによって、またとない機会を逃すことにもなる。

そして、人生観が浅く、人生の困難に対処することもできない。

技能も知識も洞察力も価値観もなく、自分の望むライフスタイルを確立できないのは、すべて読書をしないことに起因している。

これだけは覚えておいてほしい。

本は、読まなければ無用の長物になってしまうということを。

本を読まなすぎることはあっても、本を読みすぎることはないのである。

■「ミッションなき人とは、一緒に仕事をしない」これが僕のポリシー！

僕は起業して、自分で全責任を負って仕事をしていくなかで、とても大切なことに気がつきました。

それは、「ミッション」を持つことです。

■ミッション（mission）とは・・・

「任務や使命」のことです。

この「任務や使命」には、大きく分けて3つの要素が含まれます。

まず第1に「到達すべき目標がある」こと。

第2に「目標に進んでいく行動がある」こと。

そして第3に「それらが何かに求められていること」です。

▲▽▲▽▲▽▲▽▲▽▲▽▲▽▲▽▲▽▲▽▲▽▲▽▲

ミッションに従い、仕事を行うことです。

そうすることで、身と心の入り方が全然違います。

特に、困難が襲って来た時の対処の仕方が全然違ってきます。

−ミッションに目覚めた時、新たなる人生が始まる−

そして、仕事相手の選び方も変わってきます。

今の僕のポリシーは、「ミッションなき人とは一緒に仕事をしない」です。

ミッションに従い仕事を行っている人は、それを言葉に出さなくてもそもそも目つきが違います。

顔つきも違います。

言葉も違います。

すべてが違うのです。

ミッションに正解も不正解もありません。

自分の「ミッション」を持ちましょう！
