My grandmother died at 14:57 on Friday, October 10, 2014.

Somebody said, "The life is the training of the soul before leaving for the next world."

The grandmother who finished the life of 92, and left for the next world.

I think that the grandmother acquired training enough.

The photograph which a grandmother took together last by the end of while alive.

The grandmother was an owner of really splendid personality.

I make an effort to become the personality like the grandmother.

Have you taken the long vacations (more than one month) after you began to work?

Perhaps I think that most Japanese have not taken it.

Then how about Westerners?

There seem to be a lot of people taking the long vacation anytime.

This big difference is caused by a difference of the culture.

It is thought that it is punishment given from God to work in Western.

They want to let a slave do the labor because they don't want to do it if possible.

Therefore, Western which invented the big ship went to Africa for slave hunting.

The slave obeyed the rule of the owner, and it was forced labor.

In the Japanese myth that even God works in comparison with it.

It is prayer in Japan to work.

It is a punishment in Western to work.

There is a big difference.

By a drinking session in the work, I was adjacent with a person from Malaysia last week.

He went to the Japanese university to study.

And he graduated and found a job in the Japanese company.

He has the wife of the Japanese woman now.

There is a question to do when there is the opportunity when I talk with a foreigner living in Japan.

It is "Please teach Japanese good things and the bad things that you feel one by one.".

It is his answer.

・Japanese good things ⇒ Convenient

・Japanese bad things ⇒ Not a feeling of freedom

Do you want to stay in Japan to him as it is? I heard it.

His answer was "I want to return to Malaysia.".

It will be that a feeling of freedom is better than the convenience.
