Female "Soft Intelligence" is better than the men "Hard Intelligence".

I will tell about "Female "Soft Intelligence" is better than the men "Hard Intelligence"." today.


There are differences in ability in men and women.

Men are strong logic, women are good at psychology.

This is proven by empirical studies of sociology and psychology.

Men like the mechanic. Women like talking. It would be easy to understand if you associate this thing.


Business analysts Miki Nakagawa is called "Soft Intelligence" that of psychology and "Hard Intelligence" that the logic.

To be more specific the "Soft Intelligence" is the ability to build a relationship through empathy delicate care or respond flexibly to a variety of circumstances and against various opponents based on emotion and psychology.

And the coming age this "soft intelligence" is becoming very important.


We human beings is going to the age of information and knowledge from the age of industry.

Men are responsible for good at logic "Hard Intelligence" was the prime era of the industrial society of the 20th century.

But women are responsible for a good psychological "Soft Intelligence" is the prime age of the information and knowledge society in the 21st century are visiting now.


Compassion and care are good "soft intelligence" of women.


In the modern remnants of industrial society in the 20th century is still strongly still, ability at work refers primarily and analytical skills and logical construction force "Hard Intelligence" as the conventional wisdom.

There is a direction that is perceived as "a kind of courtesy and manners" rather than an ability to work on "Soft Intelligence" compared to it.
