You Have you ever heard of "P/PC balance"?

It is a "Performance" is P.

It is a "Performance Capability" is PC.

This is what it is written in the first part of "The Seven Habits".

Recently, I have re-read the "The Seven Habits" by reserving the time.

I was reminded this "P/PC balance".

And, It was neglected to brush the "Ability to accomplish a goal" and would aim to just "goal" last year.

I regret as this.

That it aims to "Goals".

To brush the "Ability to accomplish a goal."

It must work the same time proceed to balance these two.

This is the dilemma of causality "The Chicken Or the Egg?".

Egg = goals

Chicken = ability to accomplish a goal

This is not the answer either destination that important either.

Balance going to take care of both equally is important.

Do not do that to neglect to grow from the chicken with the aim of just eggs.

Have no idea how many forgot to harvest the eggs to mind is the only to grow a chicken.

I think there is a trend that tends to go an eye only (goal) eggs modern people.

Be aware that grow (ability to accomplish a goal) chicken is important.
